AM 6 really slow miles in 53:20 (8:45).  Went south down by the park in Loch Lomand.  I was slow, but I also ran on some dirt down towards the lake and that made me even slower. Good recovery run though.

Are you doing des news marathon this year? I have to choose another marathon because I had my appendix out last night and won't be able to run uv on sat

Uh, serious? How did that happen to you? Are you doing okay? Sorry, this probably happened at the worst time for you cause you are running great. I'm looking at doing the half this year for Des News. I'm trying to stay away from the marathons until St. George.

They don't know why the appendix goes bad kind of sucky but it is what it is. Ya that is probably smart to just do the half, that's what I want to do but know I have to do an alternate if I want to complete the slam.
