8.0 in 1:00:05 (7:31). Ran out towards Saratoga and connected to the JRP. Hit Pioneer X and then went over to 700 S. and then back home. Did 2 mile warmup and then wanted to push the next 5 miles. Finished the 5 miles in about 35:34. Struggled a bit with this one. Just couldn't get going. Cooled down 1 miles.

Hey Allie. I really like it so far. It's tough right now cause I'm having to fight through the soreness and tiredness that comes along with the beginning of lifting. It's nice having people there who explain and help you with the exercises and I think it will help me a lot if I stick with it over these winter months, which is what I'm planning to do.

cool. i'm glad you are liking it. i think it's really smart to add something like that into your training over the winter. it will keep you strong and will pay off in the spring!
