It pretty much rained the whole time and I was soaked afterwards.  Struggled a bit at the end, but  whatever.  My plan was to go from the mouth of Provo canyon up South Fork and then back down for a total of about 20 miles.  When I got going up South Fork it was still dark and started to rain harder and it was cold, so I turned around and made up the distance down in the valley.

20 miles in Rain? Cold? AND in the Dark? Did you know that based upon my equivalency chart that's 34 miles on a perfect day? Nice job, Loveless.
