AM Swam 37 laps.  This is a bit over one mile.  I'm not nearly as sore as after the DesNews Marathon.  All my soreness is in my quads and hamstrings, but I don't have any trouble with stairs.  All in all, I'm feeling pretty good.  Guess I didn't run hard enough on Saturday.  The plan is to not run at all this week until maybe Saturday.  Saturday's run will be slow and easy.

PM 1 hour on the elliptical.

Good luck getting back into it! What's next?

Jason-I'm not sure what I'm going to do next. I've had thoughts about maybe running the 1/2 marathon up in Layton in a couple weeks. What about you?

I keep thinking I'll work through the winter on base miles, then attempt to hold back in the Ogden Marathon and run it purely aerobic (Heart rate below 151) until mile 18-20 and then let loose. Layton does sound tempting. If I were to choose now, between Layton and TOU for 2011 it would be a tough decision.
