Total Distance
9.50

9.50 in 1:16:13.  8:01 avg pace.  Ran the short cemetary loop.  Really good weather this morning and I just took things nice and slow today.  Lots of hills throughout the run, and my legs are still a bit fatigued from racing on Saturday.  Only run of the day as I would like to try and do some form of a workout tomorrow morning.

Thanks Allie. Good run for you today as well. I'm sure your fitness will be back quickly. Quick question-do you have some sort of pace chart for TOU marathon based on the course?

From allie on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 11:49:31 from 174.23.182.80

paul posted a matrix that he created a couple of years ago. it is awesome. i paced off the chart times for a sub-3 in '08 and it worked beautifully. it was the smoothest, most even-paced run of my life.

Dang, Bec. Are you already back exercising? Nice to see your blog back up. How are you feeling?

From Bec on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 22:25:32 from 76.23.55.210

The exercise keeps me sane! Limited movement in my arm with the break, but it's healing a lot faster than I expected.
