AM 17 in 2:10:56 (7:42).  Started at 5:40 and essentially headed up to Highland and then over to Smiths Mktplace and back home.  Kept it pretty steady for a a while and then was able to pick up the pace the last 6-7 miles.  

Crossfit. 

PM 3.5 in 29:00 on the JRP.  Slow and easy.
