What up Lily. Nice run today, as well as last Saturday. I believe I crossed paths with you and Carina that morning. I like Crossfit because it gives me the strength training I want without just going to the gym and doing normal lifting. I only go about 2-3 times a week and I have to be careful with some of the exercises cause I don't want to hurt my knees. It has definitely strengthened my core though. I like it.

Oh thats awesome! I've been thinking about trying it. I need help with y core bad, it needs strengthening. And yep, we were up Provo canyon last Saturday. I love running that trail. It's so good!
