5.50 on the TM. 2 mile warm up and then did 3.10 at MP (6:44 to 6:49). I felt really good during the tempo part of the run, but then my stomach started giving me some trouble, so I pretty much just stopped.

Hey Lily. Hope you start feeling better over the next couple weeks. I know how you feel as I've been injured and couldn't run for months at a time the last two years. It sucks, but you'll be okay in the long run.
