Wherefore it was extremely windy this morning, therefore I did put on my running pants and jacket and lace up my shoes and hit the trails(as much as possible) to avoid the cold and harsh wind. 

Fitness is on the rebound and am feeling good during runs that were tough a few weeks back. Loving the challenge of the hills here too.

And it came to pass that there was a mighty rushing of wind, and thus we see that running outside is not a good thing when you can't stay standing upright...

Treddy run. Pretty boring but was working on a few things while running so it wasn't totally bad.

HR stayed below 140 for the first 30 minutes and didn't get above 150 for the rest.

Rained overnight but was clear this a.m. - not much wind but it was cool, around mid 40's

Easy run however my HR moniter seemed to be off since it shot right up to over 183 and started beeping saying it was too high. Maybe need to change the battery. Homemade cinnamon rolls afterwards with some chocolate milk.

Street run most of the way. Splits:

8:50, 9:24, 8:55, 8:56, 8:30

Another easy run tomorrow and then 8 or 9 on Sat.

Tred run to take it easy on the legs. Trying not to hit the streets 2 days in a row. No HR moniter today and it's being weird anyway so...

Will try and run with my buddy Larry Shaw tomorrow down in Snoqualmie...Anywhere from 6-8.

super easy run in town. 9:48 pace with Larry to make sure his hamstring was OK.

He wanted to run exactly 1 hour and that's what we did.
