Keep on running, enjoy it for the sake of running, relax and enjoy life...de-stress.  Stay fit as I enter retirement in  2025.

No racing, retired.

Keep running until this old body says no, running for fun.

 I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired from competitive racing.

7 easy miles along Sunnyside with Moxie on a beautiful warm morning for a run! (Boost)

I wanted to do a tempo today, but the wind and acid reflux was not letting that happen.  7 miles mod/easy on  beautiful warm day....shorts and no shirt.  (Mirage Red)

4:30am...6 slow miles with Moxie along Sunnyside on a warm and windy morning.  Saw two ladies all lit up with more blinkers, ankle lights, glow sticks than I have ever seen...looked like a mini-parade!  (Ride 3 2015)

4:30am...6 easy miles along Sunnyside with Moxie on a cooler, windy morning.  Ran with Becky for a short while.  (Ride 3 2015)

Quick run at lunch.  Met DanS and we ran the XC course in the park.  First real effort to get some pace...6:25, 6:43, 6:29.  Overall 5k course in 20 minutes so ok effort. (Mirage Red)

Got up late and went out for a run.  I bumped into Lynette and ran some miles with her to the gym.  On the way back, ran by the park and the Community Fitness run was taking place.  The RD (a friend of mine) asked me to run and I thought why not give it a try.  Most of my other runner friends were running the 10K and I was only up for the 5k to test my hamstring issue.  I ran up front with Gray and Alan for the race and ended up winning the 5k in 17:56 and felt comfortable and not pushing my injury, but I don't think I could have run much faster on this pancake flat course based on my current fitness/racing.

Good run, now for Spring break!  (Ride 3 2015)
