Short-Term Running Goals:

Keep on running, enjoy it for the sake of running, relax and enjoy life...de-stress.  Stay fit as I enter retirement in  2025.

No racing, retired.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running until this old body says no, running for fun.

Personal:

 I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired from competitive racing.

Kami worked early, I had to get kids' stuff ready and get to work early, so no morning run.

I was going to go out at lunch, but a buddy said the pathways were treacherous as I went into the locker room. Skipped the run.

4:30am...6 miles along Sunnyside with Moxie on a warm morning. Path is mostly clear of ice and snow, now just jumping puddles. (Guide 7)

5 miles on a warmish day at lunch. No icy but lots of puddles.  First lunchtime run in a while. (Ride 5)

5:45am...raining outside so to the gym while Kami went to spinning class.  Progression run for 10K then a breather and fast again for 8 miles in 50:56 (6:22 avg).  Felt good,  Gym was crowded and thus much wamer than even just an hour earlier.  (Guide Blue)

3 miles with Katelyn and Moxie in the neighborhood before FitWall. (Guide 7)

Day off, breakfast with some guys, then errands and FitWall tonight with Kami.

5:30am...I met Curt and Alaina and ran the Sunnyside pathway.  Nice to run with them again, it has been a while.  FInished up 8 miles then grabbed Moxie and went back out for 4 more miles.  2 more miles later in the day. (Guide 7)
