13 easy fair weather miles on the LPT. after the first 6 sluggish miles i did 25 x 1 min hard/easy, with the hard minute@10k pace. after the 10th and 20th interval i took two easy minutes instead of one. 3:15 negative split. WT 60.7 miles three sixty-three
