10 miles easy  from work - east rainbow loop. late run today. really low on energy lately and have no idea why. physically it's tough but the worst is the mental aspect of it. this morning i gave up on running for good. not really but i'm playing that kind of game in my head. ridiculous. finally got out around 1:30 with a break in the rain. so i had great conditions with just light rain and breezes and perfect temps in the upper 30's.

10 miles / 8:35 avg. from work - rio grande north. 3 miles easy, 5 miles @ mp (target  8:00 per mile - ran 7:58 avg), 2 miles easy to finish. the tempo felt harder than it should have - but i was tired from the beginning so it made for good marathon training.
