| | 10 miles / 8:18 avg. campus loops from home. well i don't know what the problem was yesterday but things felt good today. my splits were progressing effortlessly until i developed a sharp pain in my upper/inner right thigh/groin area. this happened once a couple of weeks ago and like the first time it worked itself out after a couple of miles - but it slowed me down some.
