"Engaging in a little suffering — however self-imposed, arbitrary and contrived — before breakfast each morning tends to demand some humility and injects some marked relief into the rest of the day, making things sharper, more inspired, more immediately aware of the powerful presence of being. And that seems really worthwhile." A. Krupicka

"I cruised down hills, churned up hills, and floated over the asphalt, existing in a world that seemed to lack the confinements of such ubiquitous rivets as time, obligation, or pain. I knew then that this was destined to be one of those serendipitous runs for which so many of
us strive yet so rarely achieve." J. Nevels

10 miles / 8:17 avg. From work. 2 miles warmup felt good so I decided to do 1 mile on and 1 off.

I keep getting ads for laser hair removal. It's starting to give me a complex. I want some shoe ads, Sasha.

Mine are all weight loss. I think someone is not so subtly trying to give me a hint.

HEY, I FINALLY saw the stay thirsty ad. I never watch ads (beauty of a DVR), but I saw it. Very funny. That guy cracks me up.

Yes, well, both sides of his pillow are cool...and when in Rome, they do as he does...also, his words carry weight that would break a less interesting mans jaw. In addition to being the life of parties he's never attended, his reputation is expanding faster than the universe. For he is the world's most interesting man! Lol!!

It's a funny ad campaign. :-)

Indeed.
