"Engaging in a little suffering — however self-imposed, arbitrary and contrived — before breakfast each morning tends to demand some humility and injects some marked relief into the rest of the day, making things sharper, more inspired, more immediately aware of the powerful presence of being. And that seems really worthwhile." A. Krupicka

"I cruised down hills, churned up hills, and floated over the asphalt, existing in a world that seemed to lack the confinements of such ubiquitous rivets as time, obligation, or pain. I knew then that this was destined to be one of those serendipitous runs for which so many of
us strive yet so rarely achieve." J. Nevels

cool.

that would make more sense than day runs tonight and tomorrow night.

Yeah, I thought my sentence was a little redundant. But I didn't want to give the impression that I was expecting to have "the runs" tonight and tomorrow night.

i can appreciate the concern for proper understanding, especially when considering the ramifications of planning such fun activities...

so, you have the runs in the day but then you run at night? did i read that right?

From JD on Fri, Oct 08, 2010 at 22:11:49 from 32.176.11.69

Allie, usually it's the opposite: runs at night, run in the day. However, in recent days, due to such factors as seasonal change, climate warming, poor television programing, age, and chili verde, it's runs 24/7.

I better not touch this with a 10 foot pole.
