"Engaging in a little suffering — however self-imposed, arbitrary and contrived — before breakfast each morning tends to demand some humility and injects some marked relief into the rest of the day, making things sharper, more inspired, more immediately aware of the powerful presence of being. And that seems really worthwhile." A. Krupicka

"I cruised down hills, churned up hills, and floated over the asphalt, existing in a world that seemed to lack the confinements of such ubiquitous rivets as time, obligation, or pain. I knew then that this was destined to be one of those serendipitous runs for which so many of
us strive yet so rarely achieve." J. Nevels

Give yourself at least a mile.

From Andrea on Tue, Aug 09, 2011 at 16:14:43 from 72.37.171.52

Depends - riding lawn mower or push?

From Stacie on Tue, Aug 09, 2011 at 16:36:19 from 67.166.127.0

rilly? how are you feeling?

From Lysa on Tue, Aug 09, 2011 at 16:47:48 from 67.166.122.134

Nice! I bet you cleaned up dog poo too! Outstanding!

From JD on Tue, Aug 09, 2011 at 17:13:13 from 70.96.78.149

It's a push mower. But for the record, my lawn takes over an hour to mow.

I'm feeling a lot better today, but time constraints and a fear that next time I run will turn out like the last time, made it easy to skip the run today. back at it tomorrow!

Lysa - a whole dog food bag full of it.

From Andrea on Tue, Aug 09, 2011 at 18:32:54 from 72.37.171.52

That's at least equivalent to 3 miles!

From Kelli on Tue, Aug 09, 2011 at 19:24:56 from 71.219.67.82

The dog poop earns an extra mile at least!

Hope all is well and that you feel great and are back at it tomorrow. I know you will be!

bummer to hear about the tiredness ... hopefully it is something a couple down days will fix. I will keep an eye on your blog and give you some other possibilities if it doesn't get better in a day or two.

Nice lawn-mowing!!
