TWO MILES! from work. progression run. when i got through the first mile and turned around to head back, i saw that i had run it in 10:37, so i knew i was really going to have to dig deep if i wanted to make this a progression run. luckily i had a tail wind for most of the trip back. 10:16 avg.

splits: 10:37, 9:55.

thanks Kam - i felt more like a turtle today!

Lysa - heads up - throughout the rest of the year, my goal is to take at least one day a week and just run a mile or two, not because i'm fried and need a nap, but because i'm smart and want to train effectively. that being said, i'm fried and need a nap! :-)
