10.1 miles - commute run home. short day at work and i started my run around 1:00 pm. ran the first four miles around a 9:24 avg, then ran mile 5 a little quicker to warm up, then ran a 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 minutes @<5k pace with a minute easy, which left me with a couple of easy miles to finish. nice small workout. 8:45 avg. for the run. splits: 9:19, 9:24, 9:19, 9:32, 8:18, 8:04, 7:27, 7:54, 9:05, 9:09.
