"Engaging in a little suffering — however self-imposed, arbitrary and contrived — before breakfast each morning tends to demand some humility and injects some marked relief into the rest of the day, making things sharper, more inspired, more immediately aware of the powerful presence of being. And that seems really worthwhile." A. Krupicka

"I cruised down hills, churned up hills, and floated over the asphalt, existing in a world that seemed to lack the confinements of such ubiquitous rivets as time, obligation, or pain. I knew then that this was destined to be one of those serendipitous runs for which so many of
us strive yet so rarely achieve." J. Nevels

Thanks Lysa. I think Anita just created a page for him and he isn't aware of it yet.

BTW if Shane trained, he would kick all our butts with ease. I guess you know that. The guy is crazy athletic!

You are really fast. It must be the doughnuts.

From JD on Mon, Feb 22, 2010 at 23:16:36 from 166.128.19.20

The doughnuts help. But the real secret lies somewhere within the Dorito's.

Your runs are getting faster and faster!

i always knew that the true secret to successful running was eating mounds of doughnuts and doritos. glad to finally get confirmation that all of those wonderful confectionery delights that i forced down were not in vain...

she is going to be in trouble when he finds out! thats funny. Im with you though, she should post some kind of movie, get it on youtube and get rich off it. Bc you're right, he was made to be in the spotlight. {as bad as he hates that} And thats good hes not training then, bc I cant handle any more people making me feel inadequate!
