Did 2 x (7 x 1' On/Off) just because I never do a lot of higher power stuff. Legs were sore from running yesterday and not having run for about a week. I planned on a longer ride, but I took a very long nap (about 2.5 hours) and that ate into my planned time. Great day for riding.

Had more time as the boys were napping, but I decided to cut it off at an hour.
PM: 9.3 miles, averaged 9:59. HR 133.
Not a great run. It was late and my stomach wasn't feeling great. Didn't quite get in my planned 10, but close enough.

Megan is gone to a conference. The boys are in school Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, which is helpful. Got the trainer ride in quite late.

| AM/Lunch: 15.6 miles, averaged 9:38. HR 135.
Decent if slow long run. Weather was decent and I had the time, so I got in 2.5 hours. Kept my HR at or under MAF heart rate. No Thursday Night Dirt again this week as Megan is gone until tomorrow, but I hope to make it next week and the week after. Not sure if I will be able to make it once school starts.

Strong zone 2 ride. Dropped the boys off at their friends for about 2 hours. I was going to run, but it was raining and thought I might melt, so 90 on the trainer it was. Power and heart rate look very strong. Finally rehydrated from travel and food poisoning I think.

Solid ride. I was planning a long run workout on the treadmill, but I just didn't feel like it. This was a solid ride with the 2 hours I left myself.
A decent stretch of running this week. Felt less like it toward the end of the week. So it goes I guess.
