Progressive Warmup, Drills and Strides, 8 x 8" Hill Blasts, Cool Down
Did little over 5 miles before making a segment attempt for a quarter mile on some two track trail. I missed by a good bit but managed 5:30 pace for .24. Did my drills and two strides. Weather is drier and comfortable. Really nice actually.

Rode A group. We caught B group even with an 11’ headstart. We were 20.2 MPH at that point. We rode with B group the rest of the way. 19.6 MPH, which is pretty fast over gravel (which can be as fast as tar when the conditions are right). Some sections were very chunky. It was basically an inch or so of crushed stone.
