Zwift Race. Same as last week. Faster with similar power and HR. 56:18' @ 281W. HR 175.
Tried to push the pace of the chase group, which really did nothing. I just wanted to put up a given set of numbers and although workouts can sometimes work that way races really don't. Stayed with the group I was with this time into the sprint. Beat some people but others beat me. Should probably race in the C category but I am too heavy for the power I am putting out, but I am not sure how strict the disqualification system is.
A good effort, just frustrated where I am at with both running and cycling fitness and overall weight. Can't seem to get it to move.
Semester work is picking up and I am to the point in the semester where I have no idea how I am going to get it all done.
