PM: 8.7 miles in 80' on the treadmill. HR 157.
10' @ 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, then 5' @ 8.0 and 8.5, then 20' @ 6.0
7.5 felt like marathon effort. 8.5 was pushing deep threshhold to 5k.
Hip very solid to mostly normal. Felt good after. Just need to get the exercise level up enough to rebalance the chemicals in my brain.
We are on break, so I will likely put in some extra exercise minutes, probably just some easy crosstraining after 60'-80' of running.
