PM: 6.4 miles in 60'. HR 162.
Started a workout but pulled it. Too hard to gauge effort at this point in a hot gym. I finish out my 60' with some strides. I'm going to leave structured training until I can get into a solid patten of everyday running and get my mojo back.
Hip quite solid, even better than yesterday. Trying to line up a physical so I can get a PT referral to get some work done to fix the underlying issue.
