PM: 7.3 very slow miles in 80' on the treadmill. HR 147.
This was so slow, but it felt like a very comfortable easy effort. Felt very good after mood wise.

Sometimes a few easy longer (time wise - not necessarily mileage-wise) aerobic efforts is all it takes to set things right.

Yes. There's a certain level of activity that isn't about miles, but feeling good (boosted mood, tired at the end of the day in a good way, etc).
