Thought I might feel better getting out of Lafayette. Only marginally so. Run was slow. Felt just okay after. Ho hum.

Your blog is starting to look like mine did this summer. Do we need to make you a New Years resolution?

Last week was pretty good. This week was really bad. I think I'm going to ask coach Bam if I can enter the Clydesdale division for St. George in October.
No, I think I'm good. We had an ice storm and no power so I couldn't run the treadmill (and I was lazy). Did 16 miles on Christmas Eve last year. Time to get serious though. My injury really crippled my confidence. But I'm also a proponent of breaks.
Cheers, Joe. Hope it was a good Chrstmas.
