Unplanned day off. I had a little bit of work to do in the morning, then we went to Toledo to see Megan's parrents. We got home around 8 or so and I was dead tired and full of pizza.

Given my lack of rigid training focus currently I barely noticed. We had a good time and Megan's parents are doing well.
