Treadmill in Philly while visiting Megan - 9 miles, averaged 6:52

1 mile @ 7:30, 4 miles @ 6:30-6:35 average, 1 mile @ ~6:08-10 pace (started at 6:15 down to 5:57-6:10), 1 mile @ 6:30ish, 2 miles easy w/ 1 200+m stride at ~5:15 thrown in. Just under 62 minutes (1:01:45). Belt was loose, but I got a good effort in and that's what mattered today. Felt good. Somewhere Bam is loudly laughing.

Great treadmill workout Jason! I still can't master that thing. You deserved that day off yesterday. You've been kicking butt. Have a good weekend.

Thanks, Matt. I sometimes have trouble turning them on! I don't dislike them. I couldn't do it all the time, but it allowed me to run some miles in an hour without spending too much time away.

The key is to change your pace by .1-.3 mph every 30 seconds or so, change the incline, and so on. I didn't change the settings enough to make a ton of difference but I felt like I was doing something. Had I a tv 10-12 miles would have been doable.
