I decided to start my sweet spot base block a little early to get a workout in before Maine. The session went quite well and I exceeded my targets without burying myself.
300 watts @ 153 BPM
309 watts @ 161 BPM
319 watts @ 166 BPM
We head to Maine tomorrow. I think I will try to get up early and get an easy 60' ride in. The plan is to run while I am there pending weather and my cold, which has been on low boil but somewhat persistent.
