PM: 5 miles on the hotel treadmill, averaged 8:06. HR 145. 

In Batavia, New York coming back from Maine. Pretty sweaty after only 40'. Kept the middle portion steady to marathon effort or higher. Went in the hot tub with the boys after for just a little while.
