PM: 8.7 miles easy to moderate with a quality aerobic progression last ~2 miles (moderate down to 5k effort based off heart rate and a little whim. HR 158)
I found a park 2-2.5 miles from our home with a one-mile dirt loop around a lake/park. It has some pullup bars, ducks and seagulls living in relative harmony, and some other park-like stuff (swimming, volley ball, etc). It will likely be good for aerobic builders, farleks, easy runs, and recovery runs.
