It's amazing what a little cloud cover will do. Nice strides! That's purdy darn fast..

It's about my fastest I can do (4:13 peak pace according to the Garmin). I can't get much faster unless I do some sprint work, but it feels like I can sustain it longer than I could before. Not a mile certainly, but maybe .25 or as much as 1/3 or .4.

I waited until later to run. I will gladly take 91 with 49% humidity over 84-85 with 69%! Doesn't sound like much, but, boy, does it make a difference!

Riley strides? I like it. I've been running Jdodge easy pace a lot this week. I'm in Ohio and the humidity is killer; I think it's taking its toll on me. Every time I leave the hotel I plan on running longer than I end up running. And I'm just drenched at the end. I need my dry 70s in the mornings again!

Yeah, I saw your .10 stride the other day and decided to copy the distance. For a while I was doing a quarter or a third at mile pace to try to develop some speed. My regular strides are unmeasured, but I like these slightly faster ones once in a while. I can definitely see my limits.

The humidity is not fun. I've been running in the afternoon. It's hotter, but drier.
