No run today. Stretching, core, and strength stuff in the evening. Plenty of triple lentil soup to cleanse the junk from my system. Nutrition is starting to get back on track. Think I might try more fish (generally don't do any meats at home). I absolutely love salmon.

Still eating when I am not hungry, so I need to get rid of some stress as well. Ho hum, as Bam might say.

Looking forward to actually using my Twitter account to track the gents running CIM tomorrow.

I generally slip and slide but I've seen a few Newton folks and Camille Herron use this method.

I'm planning on the screw trick this year, too.

What's your Twitter name? (or whatever you call it..)

Herron says that she was able to do workouts on ice with the shoes. Usually it isn't too bad around here, but I do recall a few slippery tempos last winter.

COAlonzoWallace is my Twitter name. Handle? Alias? I have no idea. It's new to me!

Workouts through the winter are what I've been struggling on planning out. Today I ran 8:05 pace and the effort was easily at 7:20 - the screws wouldn't have comletely helped with what i had today, but many days it would.
