Lunch/PM: 21.2 miles, averaged 8:13. HR 155.
Did a loop around town before going to the park for the usual loops. It was coolish (mid-60) damp and overcast. I felt pretty good and just kept it honest easy/stready easy. Much faster than last week, but last week was rough. About 30 seconds faster than two weeks ago and felt stronger. A long way to go, but my basic endurance is pretty good.
Hit the 3000 mile mark. I think I’m one day behind 2015.
