The weather is very strange. I'd send some your way if I could. I feel pretty good. Need to dial it back a bit and try to be sensible, but the running is fantastic for my mental state right now. The air felt really fresh today. It usually smells.
7 days off was a great move. I think 10 would be even better, but it's hard to wait. Hope you are getting settled in.

The weather is strange, Matt. Makes me wonder if I am going to get trounced in July when I start doing workouts again. Hot last year, but August was a good month for me, so I don't remember it being too bad.
