I guess I DID need a day off. I put this entry on next Tuesday. Rest day. 15 days on, 1 off after 20 on and 1 off. Visiting my folks in Maine for a few days. Hoping for a longish tempo on Thursday. There's a route with a super wide shoulder that will be perfect (much better than the concrete sidewalks of Lafayette). Cut back week. It's tough when things are going so well, but I think I like to keep this 7.5 month injury-free streak going and continue to make the strong fitness gains coming.
