Day off. "Long" run tomorrow. I just ordered Racing Weight. I expect to weigh half as much as Bam's big toe by April 1.

Matt: defined as 90+ minute for now. In peak training I was running 80-90 in the morning and 40-60 again in the afternoon, so it's a matter of where I am at. My last long run was my final workout for Indy (which I don't count as a long run) was ~16 miles. For me a true long run is 2+ hours. 15-16 miles.
Burt: I've got plenty to deal with!
