Rolled out of bed early, had coffee in the dark, fed the cats, and got on the trainer before 6:00. Felt good. Solid group ride. Nice to long a good deal of time before everyone is up.
PM: 6 miles, averaged 10:30. HR 125.
Felt good to jog. I guess it has been about 10-11 days. Foot felt mostly mine. I ran by the condo complex that had a gas explosion this week. It rattled the house. Scary stuff.
