Out on the Polly Ann and then to Lake George North and back mostly on Baldwin. Gave one of the segments a rip and moved closer. Still about 3 seconds or so off from the crown.

Capped off a rather indulgent week. 15 hours of cycling. 3.5 hours running. 4 hours of walking.
