Sweet! Looks like you're itching to get back at the tough stuff.

It will probably be after the new year before I get into anything that resembles my typical training workouts and mileage. Just trying to be sensible yet get some mileage in as the body allows.
The last few weeks I have wanted nothing more to run and I knew it would help me but I just couldn't do it. Now that the semester is winding down, I'll be more diligent about getting out 5-6 days a week for about 2-4 weeks and move back into 7 days. But we will see how things play out.
Sounds like you had a "fun" snow run?

Looks like you're taking your time and being smart. Kind of weird how it takes your body a bit to get used to running 7 days again. It seems so normal when you're doing it. Everything takes time.
"Fun" snow run is right. Today's -20 wind chill didn't touch yesterday's misery. My thoughts are that if I can push through this 7 day stretch of brutal cold and a blizzard, I should be set for whatever this winter'll throw at me. It's probably good timing for this to roll through.
