Felt a little rough, but the weather was nice. I stayed home as I had to take Megan to the doctor (everything is fine).

For some reason after a spell of illness and not running for a bit I feel like I am starting over. I don't ever remember having this much trouble running. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard.
