I'm visiting my folks for the weekend. They had snow a few days ago, but it's pretty much gone. Weather has been nice. Out and back on Wingood road - 6.5 miles, 8ish AP. I feel great and strong. Played it really safe this week. Nothing wrong with that. Probably move up to 5 days this week and add a day a week as I get back to routine.
