Running easy is the plan. Probably a few too many miles yesterday on sore legs but I felt less sore during my run and after. Soreness is mostly gone today.
It's also 70+ degrees out and Sunny, so it's hard not to want to spend time outside. I do not in anyway feel like doing a workout, so I am not even tempted.
2 hour long run this weekend, 10 day workout in about a week, medium long run 1 week out, dress rehearsal. Nothing else but a sprinkle of strides!
