2 slices of toast, 1-2 T peanut butter, 1 T jam or jelly, 1/3-1/2 banana sliced (1/3 for large, 1/2 for small), small drizzle of honey, muesli (or granola or favorite cereal), a dusting of cinnamon
PM: Treadmill - 5 miles in 39 minutes. Did a set of weights.
