Glad the mileage is getting back up. Marathon buildup begins tomorrow with a track workout, the first workout since the half marathon three weeks ago.

I see you are gearing up for a November marathon as well, good luck in your training and BQ goal. I agree about the Kinvaras being a little squishy - i don't race in them but have 3 pair to rotate for training runs...great shoe, and affordable as well.

Thanks, Joe. I'll be shooting for 3:15 this year and Boston next year at 3:05. I'm liking the Kinvara's, and I bought them because I know you and others seem to have good luck with them. Best of luck to you as well.
