Vinton Woods loop + a little extra - 10 miles, averaged 7:30. Picked it up a bit toward the end and ran a slow MP mile (6:48), then did a short pickup (.35) toward then end @ 5:39.

Thanks, Matt. More of the same for a few weeks to re-establish my base and build incrementally from there I think. Maybe some sort of progression run this week for the sake of sanity, but I am really enjoying just being out there and running what feels right.
