Stridlek Workout: 3 (6 x 45” w/ Equal Jog Back). 5’ Jog Between Sets
Did a long warmup to get miles in. Felt decent. Got moving toward the end. Hopefully the beginning of getting my speed back.
Drove to Port Clinton Ohio to take the ferry to Put-in-Bay for a bachelor party. It’s weirdly coastal without the ocean smell I’m used to.
