North side - 7 miles easy, averaged 8:29. All body parts seemed to have made it through the toughest part of the build up. A little bit of hip tightness today (it's not asymmetrical, which is good), no doubt from trying to push in the final mile or so yesterday with pretty bad form downhill
I checked out the course on YouTube last night, and I have some Garmin data from a friend. It looks there are some drops of close to 200 feet in a mile, which is pretty serious compared to what I am used to. However, I built in a mile into my long runs that has about 115 feet of drop, which should prepare me okay. Sugarloaf Marathon Course
