Prophet's Town S.P. - 8 miles, averaged 8:01. Ran with Jim and Brandon. Hoping this will be a regular thing. With more friends leaving this summer it might be the only way I survive the next year. Great to run with people as I do all of my running solo.

Great run today. Not too fast or slow after yesterday's race. Awesome race btw. Great report, too!

Thanks, Matt. I was running with a former division I 30:1x 10ker. The first few miles were 7:30 (I almost never run below 8 for the first mile). Certainly not after a hard effort. I'm new to group running, so I think they kind of work like a Ouija board. Had I run in the morning the first mile would have been 9 minutes, and maybe the second mile. Got to run those easy runs EASY!

Hey, just saw your race report from the 15K - awesome job! 3 PRs so far this year and I'm sure more to come.

How come you're not part of the Purdue Running Club?

Thanks, Andrea. When you are still newish to running and ran the mile in PE @ 9:15 you can only improve :) But I am very pleased with my fitness right now.

I didn't know about the Purdue Running Club. I just checked it out. Looks like a bunch of strapping young track lads. I am a member of the Wabash Runners Club, but they run too early on the weekends. I think running with these guys and some other folks will be great. I am always jealous of the big group runs out there in Utah!

Hope you are well.
